Our promise

We stand behind every Wadewow we sell. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason, and we don't make you fill out complicated forms.

How to return a UK order

1. Email us at wadewow932655@163.com with your order number (starts with "0XX-") and tell us you'd like to return.
2. We'll email you a free Royal Mail returns label within 1 working day.
3. Pack the Wadewow in its original box (or any suitable packaging) and attach the label.
4. Drop it at any Post Office or Royal Mail parcel location.
5. Refund hits your account within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

How to return an international order (EU, US, CA, AU, NZ, IE)

1. Email us at wadewow932655@163.com with your order number and return request.
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
3. Return shipping is at your cost for international orders. We recommend a tracked service 鈥?we can't refund items lost in transit.
4. Refund issued within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

What we'll refund

• Full product price (拢27.47 per bag)
• Original outbound shipping (if any)

Return shipping is free for UK orders (we provide the label) and at the customer's cost for international orders.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In their original packaging where possible
• Reasonably unused (we understand if you've tried it)

If an item is returned damaged or with signs of heavy use beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover the loss in value. We'll always tell you first.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your Wadewow arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement immediately 鈥?no need to return the damaged one. This is in addition to your 30-day return right.

Exchanges

We currently only sell one product (Wadewow Travel Drying Bag) in one colour, so exchanges aren't usually needed. If you'd like a different quantity or have a special request, get in touch and we'll do our best.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3鈥?0 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we issue it.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK/EU consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous than the statutory minimum, so you can take your time. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
