We dispatch from our UK warehouse. All orders are shipped through Amazon, so you'll get Amazon's usual tracking, customer service, and delivery experience.

Exact shipping costs are calculated by Amazon at checkout based on your address. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are picked and packed the same day. After 2pm, orders are dispatched the next working day. We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking link sent to your email once dispatched. You can track your parcel through the Amazon order page or directly on the courier's site (Royal Mail, DHL, or local partner).
Customs and import duties
For shipments outside the UK, you may be charged local customs duties, VAT, or handling fees by your country's customs authority. These are not included in our shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Amazon typically collects these at checkout where possible, so you'll see the final price before paying.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? You can update it directly in your Amazon order up until the order is dispatched. After dispatch, the courier may not be able to redirect. Contact us if you need help.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the courier to find your parcel or send a replacement at no cost.
